Double Chocolate Cinnamon Wedge

The other night, I was craving something chocolate. All we had was chocolate chips, and I knew it would not be good if I just ate the chips out of the bag. I found this recipe on Sammy W.

It is super easy and quick to make, but the flavors are a little different, but really good! I only wish I had had some ice cream to put on top!

Double Chocolate Cinnamon Wedges
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a pit plate; set aside. In a large bowl sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder. Stir in chocolate chips. Next add canola oil and eggs and mix until just combined. Spread batter into pie plate and bake for about 20 minutes. Allow to fully cool before slicing into 8 wedges (yeah right-they don't know me and chocolate).

Here are some pictures from Sammy W.
