Big Bathroom

All the rooms in my house are mostly done, give or take a few pieces of furniture or accessories here and there. A house is always a work in progress!

But my bathroom is just a site for sore eyes! The previous owners of this had pedestal sinks built in my tremendous bathroom instead of having built in sinks with storage underneath. The also installed these beautiful sconces (sense the sarcasm) . I have, at least, painted over the hideous wallpaper and border,replaced the main light fixture, and put up a roman shade that I love. Why oh why did they have such bad taste (or maybe not bad taste to some people, but definitely not my taste)???

I would love to have a vanity/dressing table for the large empty wall. Having something built is not really an option, but it is still fun to look! Here are a few (or a lot) of my ideas:
